Our Strength, Power, and Conditioning Program at the new AKO Training Centre in Sandgate is tailored for players ranging from U15 to Senior levels. The program focuses on football-specific gym training to enhance strength and power for key football movements.

Our programs are built around the following key individual areas:
Ball Mastery
Being able to master and control the ball while at your feet is integral in the modern game of football. Our dynamic ball mastery development is integrated into the warm up of every FFC session to ensure players continually improve and then maintain a high level of ball mastery.
Individual Identified Development
FFC sessions are designed around the individual/s involved in the session. Each practice is designed to improve these identified areas of the players game with a focus on high repetition and high intensity throughout.
Small Group 1v1 Dominance
Players at the highest level are able to dominate their opponent across a range of 1v1 situations. Our small group program educates players in different ways to outplay your opponent. Practices provide players with an unopposed opportunity to learn correct techniques and then high pressure moments to test them out that will then help replicate game situations.
Physical Development for the Modern Game
The modern footballer has to be a "MOVER". FFC challenges players' physical development through fun agility and reactive practices towards the end of each warm up.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Every session starts with the same speed-specific warm-up, carefully designed to prepare and mobilise your body for high-intensity movement. Following the warm-up, each session focuses on targeted exercises and drills tailored to improve sprint mechanics, agility, and overall speed, ensuring consistent progress throughout the program.
PROFESSIONAL COACHING
Luke Stutter holds a Bachelor in Exercise & Movement Science, is an ASCA Level 2 Pro Coach, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Exercise Science. Specialising in athletic development for team sports such as football, rugby, and AFL, Luke brings expertise and a science-driven approach to enhancing performance.
3 PHASES
The program is divided into three phases to maximize results: Phase 1 focuses on sprint mechanics and mastering proper technique at speed, Phase 2 builds speed through targeted drills, and Phase 3 pushes players to increase their top-end speed for peak performance.
